In the realm of fairytale, we have a kingdom of characters within. The archetypes of fairytale are clear and to the point if you read them psycho-spiritually/shamanically. They tell secrets about the psyche, about the soul, about the ego, about the shadow and more. And so, we have a plethora of parts within: villians, orphans, hunters, princes, tailors, misfits, fools, princesses, talking animals and more.
The inner landscape of psyche and unconscious is chock full of story and symbol, archetype and dream. Which is why it is most important to learn the why of fairytale. There is an art form to reading fairytale. It is a difficult and simple act. Difficult because we have to unlearn how we see and read, and see from an inner sight not valued as much in our modern thinking of how smart we need to be. Over analyzation happens in fairytales as it happens on the internet, as it happens in our own thinking all the time. Fairytales do not want to be over analyzed. One can project so many things onto a fairytale. That what makes it both/and. Dangerous and Transformative in the same breath.
We must learn to unlearn how we see, and “off with her head” says the Queen of Hearts and see Witt the heartmindgoldencrown or the “that which is essential is invisible” kind of seeing.
Soul, is a bit like a chrysalis in a cocoon, and I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: to overanalyze it, to pry it open with needles and pins is to kill the very essence of its magical mystery. We have to learn to be less

materialistic thinking mind.
Let me put it to you this way: materialistic thinking is relatively new. Fairy tales are relatively old and absolutely no one is the expert of a fairy tale. The consciousness that gave birth to fairy tales is a completely different consciousness than what we wear today.
